Muslim Wedding Ceremony at the Muslim Community Center
The wedding ceremony took place the day before the reception at the Muslim Community Center in Morton Grove. The ceremony was held according to Muslim traditions, with separate gatherings for men and women. Each ceremony took place in its own space, creating an intimate and meaningful atmosphere. It was a unique and special experience to witness, filled with emotion and cultural significance.
First Look & Wedding Portraits in Chicago
We began the wedding day with a first look at the Art Institute South Garden, where we also captured their initial portraits together. The setting was calm and elegant, allowing for natural, emotional moments to unfold. From there, we continued the portrait session at the Wrigley Building, using the classic architecture and city backdrop to create timeless Chicago wedding photographs.
Wedding Reception at Morgan MFG Chicago
The reception was held at Morgan MFG, an incredible industrial-style venue in Chicago. The space offered a dramatic and modern contrast to the earlier parts of the wedding day. We were lucky to arrive during a moment of absolutely beautiful light, which allowed us to capture additional portraits and candid moments that truly elevated the gallery.
Although the wedding was intimate, the energy in the room was amazing. Surrounded by close family, the celebration continued with dancing, laughter, and a few choreographed performances prepared especially for Jaudat and Ibrahim. The couple truly enjoyed every moment, taking in the love and joy shared by everyone around them.
