RENAISSANCE SCHAUMBURG WEDDING/ NAIYA+NEMANTH

Renaissance Schaumburg wedding Naiya and Nemanth was amaizing. They are such a wonderful couple—humble, elegant, and absolutely radiant together. After spending time discussing their vision and the exact amount of coverage they needed, we had the honor of documenting their main wedding day, capturing both the ceremony and the reception. It was truly a joy to witness their love story unfold and preserve these unforgettable moments.

Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel – A Perfect Venue for South Asian Weddings

The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel is one of the top venues for South Asian weddings in the Chicago area. With its spacious ballrooms and elegant atmosphere, it provides everything needed for a grand celebration.

This wedding day started before the sun even came up. Like most Indian brides, our bride began her preparations very early in the morning—long before 4 am. The room was filled with laughter, excitement, and the quiet buzz of anticipation as family and friends surrounded her. These intimate moments are always some of my favorite to capture.Because of the scale and energy of South Asian weddings, I always recommend booking two photographers for the main day. There is so much happening simultaneously—rituals, details, family interactions—that it’s impossible for one photographer to cover it all. Having two professionals allows us to tell the story in a much more complete and authentic way.

The Baraat was held right outside the hotel, where the groom made his entrance in a vibrant red car. This detail added a special, personal touch and brought even more color and excitement to the celebration. Guests cheered, danced, and the music filled the air—it was truly a moment of joy and energy. From the early morning preparations to the Baraat and the heartfelt ceremonies inside the ballroom, every detail of this day reflected the couple’s love and the richness of South Asian wedding traditions.

After the ceremony, there was a break before the reception—a common part of many South Asian weddings. This pause is always a welcome moment, not only for guests but also for us as photographers and videographers. Indian weddings are full of traditions and events, often more than a typical Western wedding, so a short break allows everyone to recharge before the evening begins.

For the reception, Naiya and Nemanth changed into stunning new outfits in shades of blue and purple. Before the festivities started, we had a session with them in their new looks, capturing elegant portraits that perfectly balanced style and emotion. The evening celebration was filled with energy, performances, speeches, and countless emotional moments. Every detail was beautifully planned, and together it created a wedding that will stay in our memory forever.
